Exchange & Refund Policy

At Loom, your comfort and satisfaction always come first. To maintain the highest standards of hygiene and quality, we follow the guidelines of the Egyptian Consumer Protection Agency and apply the following policy for towels:
1. Eligibility for Exchange & Returns
• Towels can only be exchanged or returned if they have a manufacturing defect or if the wrong item was delivered.
• Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for opened, used, or washed towels.
2. Condition Requirements
To qualify for a return or exchange, towels must be:
• Unused and unwashed
• In their original packaging
• With tags and labels attached
• Accompanied by the purchase receipt or order number
3. Time Frame
• Products must be shipped back to us within 14 days of receiving the shipment
4. Refund Method
• Refunds (if applicable) will be processed through the original payment method, or as store credit, depending on your preference.
